About the project
Astra Delta is an independent research project. Its public website provides information only. The project's private Google Docs integration is used by the account owner to read project-related documents and, once separately enabled, to make controlled updates to authorized documents.
Google information the application accesses
With the Google account owner's explicit consent, the integration requests the Google Docs scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/documents. This scope may allow viewing, creating, editing and deleting Google Docs accessible to the authorized account. Astra Delta's protected server-side controls are designed to further restrict the operations performed by the project.
How information is used
Google Docs content accessed through the integration is processed only to perform owner-authorized research and document-management tasks. OAuth credentials are stored in a protected configuration area on the project-operated server and are not intentionally exposed through this website. Google user information is not sold, used for targeted advertising, or used to build advertising profiles.
Storage, providers and security
The integration uses Google's APIs and a separately managed compute server. Google documents remain governed by their Google Drive permissions. The hosting provider for this public website may process standard technical request information, such as IP addresses and timestamps, to operate and secure the site. No public registration, website analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or forms are installed on the site. Server-side access is subject to restricted roles and authorization controls; no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and user control
OAuth credentials are held while needed for authorized use and can be invalidated by the account owner by revoking Astra Delta's access in Google Account security settings. Project document content and server logs are governed by the owner's operational requirements. A request to stop processing or delete data may be made using the developer support contact displayed in the Google OAuth consent interface; Google Drive document deletion is controlled by the corresponding document owner.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated as the project's features change. The updated policy will be posted at this address. For a privacy question, contact the application developer at the support contact provided on the Google OAuth consent screen.
